Hi, I'm Jess Krigstein !

I'm a registered nurse, registered midwife and an internationally certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). My passion is helping soon-to-be mums and their partners improve their self-confidence as parents. I'm an experienced educator and have worked across tertiary hospitals as well as consulted privately in both Sydney and Los Angeles. 

My approach is based on current evidence and builds on my training and experience as a midwife on postnatal wards. I see every pregnancy and birth as miraculous and love being a part of each couple’s unique journey. My aim is to empower, educate and increase your confidence!
